We are open seven days a week and operate seasonal opening hours. On occasion the fishery may be exclusively hired out for a group or company event. We will post any upcoming events that may affect our normal opening ours on our Events page, as well as putting a notice in the fishery lodge. Closing times may be subject to change. Please check with the Fishery Manager.

Fishing tickets are available from 2 to 6 fish from Manor lake. There is NO catch and release allowed on the Manor Lake.
The returns sheet must be completed in all cases, with anglers names signed in before fishing, and fish weights recorded before leaving the fishery.
Non-anglers must sign in on the ‘Non-angler Sign In Sheet’ when they enter the fishery. Responsibility of recording non-anglers on this sheet lies with the angler/anglers within the party.
Observe fly-fishing’s etiquette – Fish responsibly and safely, showing care and respect towards other anglers and wildlife.
It is the responsibility of the individual angler to ensure they hold a valid rod license.

Minimum leader 6lb
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Access to the Fish Farm is strictly prohibited.
No dogs allowed (except guide dogs).
